Elsewhere

Terms of use

Last updated October 2026

These are the rules for using Elsewhere. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

Who can use it

You must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian that it's fine to use.

Keep your log-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What it does, and what it doesn't

Elsewhere uses AI to read the information you add and to answer your questions. AI can make mistakes: always check important details (dates, amounts, places) against the original, which is kept for exactly that reason. We aren't responsible for missed deadlines or wrong decisions based on what the AI shows.

The service is in beta. Features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Your information

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described on the privacy page. You can delete it at any time.

Only add information you're allowed to share with a service like this.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, access other people's data, or use it for anything illegal. Daily limits depend on your plan. We may suspend accounts that are abused.

Plans and payment

There is a free plan. During the beta, Pro features are free. When paid plans start, prices are shown before you pay, you can cancel at any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings whenever you like. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
